Holiday house NiRi is newly built and represents a modern and luxurious style on the Dalmatian coast. The house is located in a peaceful and quiet area with an incredible view of the sea and islands. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Ideally located between Split and Trogir and close to supermarkets, beaches, restaurants, mountain and local attractions. The heated pool and BBQ area make this house a perfect place during your stay in Croatia.
Our house is tastefully designed as modern & luxury home. All parts of the house are fully air-conditioned to provide a cool atmosphere during the whole season. Property include: outdoor area, 1st floor ,2nd floor and roof terrace.
1st FLOOR of the house is a comfortable living room with wide living room, dining room, one bed room and one toilet. With large glass walls living area is connected with outdoor terrace where you can spend time .

2nd FLOOR of the house is designed as sleeping area with 3 sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms. 1st room has large double bed and self terrace. 2nd room has large double bed.3rd bad room has double bed .
From 2nd floor across the stairs goes out to roof terrace with amazing view of the sea and island.

House is comfortable for 7 persons in main beds.

OUTDOOR POOL AREA of the House consists:
Pool area with heated swimming pool, sunbeds and sun-protector awning, furniture.
Covered terrace with BBQ, table and chairs.
