THE AREA:

Windsor at Westside Resort is located on the edge of the Hilochee Wildlife Management Area, which is the perfect place to head for something a little bit more adventurous in the great outdoors. In this stunning area you can wander the protected forests, explore the swamps of Florida, and enjoy activities such as cycling and horseback riding.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• We provide pots, pans and cooking utensils in the home but we do not provide cooking ingredients like oils or spices, however, there's a grocery store nearby with everything you might need to cook your favorite meal.

There is free parking available on the premises.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Kissimmee to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
