The space
Amazing Disney Dream Home is a custom decorated, brand new town home in the resort community of Windsor @ Westside. This beautiful 2 story town home will be a great home base for your next Central Florida visit. Your family will have plenty of space to relax and unwind after busy days at the theme parks and area attractions.

The first floor has a bedroom and common areas to include a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and sleek granite counter tops with a breakfast bar that seats 4. The home features an open floor plan so the kitchen overlooks the living and dining rooms as well as the pool area. The living room has a sofa and love seat with a 75" smart TV mounted on the wall, so you are able to sign in to your favorite streaming accounts. The dining table has seating for 6.

The bedrooms are all tastefully decorated with special touches of Disney elegance. Downstairs you will find the Mickey Mouse bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. Upstairs you will find 4 more bedrooms. The luxurious Magic Kingdom Master Suite offers a king bed with a 65" wall mounted TV. The master bath features a stand up shower and dual sink vanity. The Star Wars bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bath that has a stand up shower and single sink vanity. The Disney Princess themed room has 2 twin beds and a flat panel TV. The Marvel room has a twin/full bunk. The Princess and Marvel rooms share a family bath with a shower/tub combo and dual sink vanity.

The upstairs loft has comfortable seating with a large TV and multi-game arcade for additional family fun. A washer and dryer are provided for your usage.

Your private pool is completely enclosed by screening, so you wont be bothered by pesky Florida insects. Your family can enjoy some fun in the sun pool side or have a nice meal outdoors. There are 4 sun loungers for your usage as well as seating for up to 6.

You'll enjoy this luxury town home in the beautiful Windsor at Westside Resort, just a few miles from Disney World. As our guest, you'll have unlimited access to a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with a bar, fitness center, sundry shop and video arcade. The sparkling resort-style pool also features a water slide and a lazy river!

As our guest you will have full use of all the amenities at Windsor at Westside Resort, which offers year-round, 1st class resort amenities. It is a gated community that offers activities such as volleyball court, multi-purpose sports courts, a splash aquapark, arcade, and state of the art fitness center. This resort also features a Mediterranean-themed tropical clubhouse, gate attendant and resort-style pool with open deck lounge areas. It has a lazy river to float around with friends and family and daily trash pickup. There is also a convenience shop to pick up last minute items you forgot as well as treats.

The house will be available to enter with a unique code given to the guest before arrival. The whole house, splash pool, and complex amenities will all be available to the guest.
Other things to note
Please note that the home is set up with towels and starter packs of things like toilet paper and paper towels. If you run out you will be responsible to purchase more goods. No starter food or condiments are available due to health concerns.
