Wonderful, cozy studio apartment in the heart of Syracuse. Close to University, Hospitals, Armory Square, Destiny Mall and Carrier Circle. Part of a 10 unit building and is the owners unit when visiting. WiFi, Roku, full kitchen, desk, full size bed and loveseat. Cooking supplies, coffee, linens, bath toiletries, hair dryer and much more provided!
We provide everything you need to get settled! Extended stay guests are required to provide additional personal items throughout your stay. Typical items you may need to purchase during your stay are bath toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, cooking spices/oils, coffee, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent.
You are welcome to call, however I travel and may not be available. Text and email work great.

We strive for a quiet experience but Please be advised this is lower level unit and you can hear upstairs tenants walking. They also tend to stay up late at times. Sound machine provided for the light sleeper.
