Villa Njoy 1 is located in the resort town of Dalyan, which is connected to the Ortaca district of Muğla, famous for its untouched nature, clean sea and historical values. The region, which is one of the routes frequented by thousands of local and foreign guests every year, is famous for Iztuzu Beach, King Tombs, Kaunos Ancient City, Dalaman Stream, Sultaniye Thermal Spring, Ekincik Cave, Round Stream and Mud Bath.

Villa Njoy 1 has its own large pool, garden, security system, ramp suitable for disabled access, 5 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and has an accommodation capacity of up to 10 people. Ideal for large families and groups of friends. Comfort and luxury were given importance in the interior decoration of our villa, the construction of which was completed in September 2021, and state-of-the-art electronic household goods were preferred. For the safety of our guests, there is a security camera system in the garden of the villa.

Very relaxing high standard accommodation

Inside and out this Villa is finished to a very high standard. Spacious rooms, en-suite bathrooms to 4 out of five bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked with modern appliances. Pool area very tidy with nice gardens, plenty of space for sun beds. Sun reaches the pool area majority of the day so nice and warm. You could not want for more with this villa. Location is good with an 8 minute walk to dalyan town and all the amenities.
