Charming farm house nestled on 4 acres of serene privacy only minutes from the historic Oxford Square and the University of Mississippi. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, star gazing, farm fresh eggs, and unwind while watching the horses, cows, and deer graze in the pasture. Amazing family retreat!! The open concept kitchen and living room are perfect for family gatherings. The large back deck overlooks the pasture and is perfect for grilling out, swapping stories, and enjoying breathtaking sunsets. Ideally located minutes from town square and the University of Mississippi and surrounded by hundreds of acres of woods and pastures, this home has the best of both worlds.

Guest have full access to our home and amenities.

While I do love communicating with guests , I realize most guests enjoy independence during their stay so I will not greet guests unless I am needed.

Our space is perfect for family reunions or just weekend getaways. We are only miles from beautiful Sardis lake. Evening sunsets from the banks of the lake make for a super memorable night cap! We have ample space for parking. If additional accommodations are needed, there is a small cottage on site as well. Discounts are available if both places are needed.

Great property!

We had a super time at the property! It was a graduation party weekend with family and friends! The animals outside were fun for all of us. The home was cute and there was plenty of space for our large group. But two of the three bathrooms are attached to the master bedroom. Also, one of the bedrooms upstairs has no air conditioning. It was really too hot during our trip for someone to sleep comfortably in that room. That being said, it’s a great place and we had a great time. The host is excellent and communicates quickly.
