This house is in a great location with a water view and is within walking distance to many places. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the water from the house. The house is located in a quiet area, but it is close to many buzzing restaurants, bars, live music, shopping and a fishing park right across the street from the house. The property has lots of outdoor space for entertaining and hanging out. There is plenty of room in the living room for an air bed or to sleep on the sofa in addition to the 3 bedrooms. The house is pet-friendly and is located near Woody’s Restaurant, a vacation favorite! The house is also located just a 5-minute walk to Upham beach. You can use the beach chairs, fishing rods, and bicycles available for your use. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and an outdoor firepit. Perfect Spot

This house is in the heart of it all... Walking distance to the beach and an abundance of shops and restaurants. It's a great place to stay!!!

Group beach trip.

Stayed 4 days, House is in a great location, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beach is only about a 5 minute walk. Had good communication with host. Overall a great experience.

I live about a 7 minutes drive from the property on St. Pete Beach. I have been a resident here since 1993. I bought this property because of the location. It has been completely renovated and maintained (my husband is a carpenter)
My daughter and her family live in Perth, Australia. and stay here when they visit. I am a triathlete and play the fiddle. I lived in France for many years and speak fluent French. I love meeting new people and keeping the property rented.
