This property feels like it is way out in a rural area with the wildlife sightings of Deer, Coyote, Hawks and Owls yet the property is very centrally located in Los Angeles and 10 minutes from the major studios or other Hollywood Attractions. Former Celebrity Home and celebrity neighbors give residents of this home the opportunity for a "True Hollywood" experience.

House can operate as two distinct units with each level having its own laundry, primary suite, and kitchen. So works well for multi-generations or work from home situations with maximum convenience to avoid having to traverse stairs to utilize a kitchen or laundry area.
