About this property

This home is close to the beach where you can explore its great dining, bars, nightlife and shopping. Just 4 blocks south of Atlantic Avenue, Johnnie Brown’s, Lionfish, Pineapple Grove, Starbucks, Tommy Bahama, Quiet Storm and the Delray Tennis Center. 2 blocks west of Federal Highway and the Intercoastal Waterway. About a 15-20 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute Bike ride. 3 Beach Cruisers and 4 Beach Chairs are provided and free Golf Cart service is available with the Freebees App.

Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex home is newly renovated with all new appliances and stylish furniture which is perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even business professionals!

Both units offer a spacious and cozy living area which is perfect to relax while watching on the 50" TV and 43" TV. Both also include their own open-concept kitchen that is well-equipped for preparing and cooking homemade meals.

Unit A has a master bedroom that features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a 2nd bedroom that has a twin and a trundle pull-out bed.

The other unit has a bedroom that features a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space.

All beds are equipped with new luxury bedding and linen for a relaxing sleep.

Both units have their own ensuite washer and dryer and high-speed WiFi and there are also 2 driveways and 4 parking spaces on the house parking pad adjacent to the backyard, all are provided during your stay!!
