The Lodge at Tan Tar A

The Lodge at Tan-Tar-A is a 6 bedroom home with a dock that provides 1 slip space for your large group. Fully stocked with all you need for your Lake of the Ozarks retreat. A large dock with 1 covered well available (10ftx28ft), and free to tie up a second boat on the side of the dock. 2 PWC pads and a swim platform provides you perfect access to the water and all your toys.

Easy "touchless' check-in and check-out. Tan-Tar-A Vacations representative is available 24/7 to address your needs and is in the neighborhood if needed.


Tan-Tar-A Estates at mile marker 26 and is perfect for those who prefer a more private, spacious and calm environment over the typical hotel. You can enjoy quiet peaceful walks, fish from the dock or cool off, relax and play in either of the 2 community pools located within the estates. Guest can access the public portions of Margaritaville. The below prices are subject to change by the resort.
There is an endless selection of ways to have fun at Margartiaville Lake Resort. All resort activities are open to the public with the exception of Fins Up! Indoor Pool and Fitness Center and Tradewinds outdoor pool.

Outdoor Pools

• Lakeside Pool is an outdoor pool complex with a 120' water slide, toddler splash pool. The pool is heated and open to the public. Lakeside Pool opens May 12th for the season!

• Landshark Pool - located at Landshark Bar & Grill. Swim up bar pool is restricted to ages 21 & up. The lower portion of the pool does not have an age restriction. This pool is heated and open to the public. LandShark Pool opens April 1st for the season!

When you're ready to venture out of the estates and explore the endless things lake has to offer, you're only minutes from the heart of beautiful Osage Beach, where you will find a huge variety of restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment and attractions.

If you have a boat, you must not park your trailer in the Estates. A private boat launch is next door to the resort and pricing is posted upon entry.

There are two paved boat ramps at Lake of the Ozarks State Park, which is located 5 miles from the resort by land and 8 miles by water.
Pa He Tsi boat ramp is available March 1 - October 31 and is free to use
PB2 boat ramp is available year round and costs $5 per use

The lake area does offer Uber and Lyft as well as taxi service. The area is large so a car is recommended to explore all to see.

Reservation Holder must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire duration of the stay. - A welcome packet containing directions, access information and additional instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder the week prior to arrival. These documents will be sent by the host through email only and only to the reservation holder. They will not be sent by any other way, including in person. - NO Animals. NO Exceptions. Evidence of animals inside or outside will result in the loss of the entire damage deposit as well as additional cleaning and damage costs. - NO Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties. NO Exceptions - NO Smoking indoors. Smoking inside, as well as damage or debris/paraphernalia found inside or outside will result in the loss of the entire damage deposit as well as additional cleaning and damage costs. - NO Bonfires, Fireworks, Candles and Other Flammables Evidence such as damage or debris/paraphernalia found inside or outside the house will result in the loss of the entire damage deposit as well as additional cleaning and damage costs. The estates policy on bonfires, fireworks and other outdoor flammables is strict and strongly enforced. - *For security and liability purposes the outside perimeter of the property is under 24 hour video surveillance
