Unprofessional

Be ware that host may require payment outside of Vrbo and will cancel the reservation unless payment is provided. She asked for an additional deposit after all booking fees were made, this was all very close to the date of our stay making it difficult to look elsewhere.

Home owner is rude

We did not even stay in the property and she will not give us a refund. Home owner did not answer calls after trying to communicate a problem with her, she just canceled on us the same day of our stay and didnt refund our money.
