Upon entering from the garage, ascend to the first floor's light-filled living area, featuring comfy seating, a large flat-screen TV, and access to the staircase leading to the second floor. The first floor also houses a laundry room and a bathroom off the hallway.

On the second floor, discover two bedrooms with queen-size beds, dressers, and ample closet space. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spiral staircase in the hallway leads to the rooftop deck, offering stunning views of the area and West Grand Traverse Bay. Relax on the rooftop deck, your private outdoor oasis.

Perfect location in downtown TC
We visit TC frequently and have stayed in many different parts. Location was perfect for this property. Everything you need is just a short walking distance and it's easy to get on the main road if you need to drive to nearby areas. It's also located next to one of favorite restaurants, North Peak, so we couldn't ask for anything better. Kids loved the rooftop deck. Overall this was a very positive experience. Highly recommended.
