Each guest must pay the cost of bracelets to the Building ($55,000 Colombian pesos i.e. approx. USD$14) at the time of Check In at reception by bracelet per stay (regardless of the number of nights). This value corresponds to the carrying of the handle or bracelet for control, registration, security and use of the services or amenities of the building. These are building administration policies. To enjoy the BBQ, you must make a prior reservation at reception. To Enjoy the Spa, Jacuzzi, you must make a reservation in the pool area, on the 18th floor, at Reception or directly from the apartment through the intercom.
The Apartment is loaded with details, designed for your enjoyment and well-being, as if you were in a five-star hotel suite, sheets, pillows, towels of the best quality, kitchen equipped with utensils to make your stay pleasant, the building has Exclusive beach club for the guests of the building you will find kiosks, sunny chairs, sun loungers, a bar on the beach, to enjoy a cocktail to contemplate the Samario sunset. The two single beds can be converted into a king size bed, if needed/requested by the guest(s).
We are located in the Reserva del Mar tourist complex, where you can enjoy a Sauna, Turkish bath, Spa, Jacuzzi, Swimming pools for adults and children, Gym, BBQ, TV rooms, children's room, 5-a-side soccer, mini golf, restaurants, coworking and parking.
Once the reservation is made we will communicate with my guests. We will be attentive to resolve any concerns and especially regarding the arrival and delivery of the keys. During your stay we will maintain contact in case you require recommendations or help with other services.
