This cabin is BEAUTIFUL! Check in process was easy and contact with host was perfect! This place is a gem! I am so glad we stayed here for 5 days before we moved out of state!
This property is amazing! It is clean, has all the ammenites, is within miles of a grocery store, yet not in town, and the bed was so comfortable! We truly enjoyed our stay! The communication with the owner was excellent as well.
We loved the cute property in Wasilla. Great location and loved our stay. This property has all the cooking equipment you will ever need to cook anything. We was amazed by how much was available in this cute property. We loved it and will chose it again. Thank you so much.
We had a wonderful stay in this cozy cabin. It met and exceeded our expectations. The house was so comfortable and well stocked with anything we needed. And Melanie was very attentive, even from half way around the world. Thanks for helping us make this a trip to remember!!
Host is a nice lady. Easy to communicate with. Attentive to follow-up and clear communication. Honest.
Puppy neighbors made my stay even more like home 😊👍
This has been the best VRBO experience I have had so far. Everything was perfectly clean. Communication with the host was timely. My brother and I ran an ultramarathon and this property allowed us to unwind and relax. Thanks again! We will be back!
I have been a nurse in the great Mat-Su Valley for the past 30 years. I now have the opportunity to go abroad as a nurse educator in Saudi Arabia and am looking forward to a new adventure. I am opening up this great 900 sq ft cabin for people interested in seeing Alaska and all that it has to offer. VRBO rentals are a must when I travel and know what I like to see in these rentals. Cleanliness and comfort are my priorities.
Why they chose this property
This location is optimal for the Mat-Su Valley. It is close to all conveniences and great dining. It is shared with a second cabin on about 3/4 of an acre so you have a bit of room to move about.
What makes this property unique
The bathrooms are brand new fall of 2022. Beautiful finishes with a large soaking tub. On demand hot water heater allows you to take baths or showers without water getting cold. Very well stocked kitchen. Although it is a smaller kitchen, there should be everything that is needed to enjoy your stay especially if you are like me and like to cook while on vacation. For full transparency, the Alaskan railroad is about 1/2 mile away so you may hear the train go by during the day. The last run is usually around 9:30 pm and the morning run can be around 7:00 am but these are not daily. I grew up across the street from the train tours that took tourist up to see the mines so it is always a comforting sound to me.
