Rent my house! I am the new owner of a beautiful house in the Armstrong tract of Truckee, centrally located to summer and winter fun! Remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, new wood floors, New Pine trim and doors, new paint. Book early, my house is a great value and the house has been renting up in advance.

This is my fourth year renting the house and the feedback has been fantastic!

Awesome Xmas vacation in a great location

This house is exactly as pictured- just very lovely and very comfortable. The beautiful kitchen was amazing with upgraded appliances, cookware, and every “extra” gadget you would need (air fryer, blender, toaster oven to name a few)- throughly enjoyed cooking in this great space. Check in/out was super easy and the owners were communicative as well as easy to work with. Good location, a quick 7 minutes to downtown and close to Palisades. Definitely would recommend and stay here again!

Lovely stay

Our stay was very relaxing and the property was just as advertised. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Truckee/Tahoe area. We would stay there again.

Perfect stay in Tahoe

The cabin was well-renovated and comfortable. Great family room and seating for meals. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, and there was plenty of parking. Overall, it had everything we needed (except bath soap).

Great location and communication

Great stay! Scott was very communicative and warned us about an upcoming storm and helped us throughout our stay. Kitchen is well stocked and set up, hot tub was great. Lots of parking for the area once you are up the small slope in the driveway. Thank you Scott for being such a great host!!

Why they chose this property

I love the north shore area. It's only 80 minutes from my house outside Sacramento, central to 3 of the best ski resorts in Tahoe, close to Lake Tahoe and several great waterski lakes. Tahoe is one of the most beautiful areas in the world with incredible views! Great hiking, biking, fishing, etc. close by. You are only 30 minutes from Reno if you are looking for night life.
