Welcome To Cozy & Courteous! Our unit is uniquely designed and fit to satisfy all of your needs. Our goal is to give our guest a luxury experience and to give them a “home away from home” feeling while on their trip or visit. We are conveniently located in the downtown area of Newark, and surrounded by most of cities best attractions, bars/restaurants, entertainment centers and public transportation sources. This unit also comes with a FREE DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE. Newark Airport 8min away :)
