Fabulous!

This place was great! The condo was clean and modern. We have stayed at Laketown before and this is by far the nicest stay yet. The only thing I wish was different is the sized of the second bathroom. This room is too small for couples sharing the condo.

Fantastic condo

Our family of 6 stayed here (ages 14, 12, 11, & 9). It was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable and relaxing. The beach was 7 minute walk away. The kitchen was stocked with beautiful dishes and tools. A Walmart grocery store is conveniently just across the street. The owner always responded promptly to any questions or concerns and went out of their way to help. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Laketown wharf 2011

Overall stay was amazing! The only downside is the elevators!! We waited almost 2 hours just to get in the elevator lines to even get to our room!!! Also it is not handicapped accessible, went to get a wheelchair for my dad with bad knees, front office told us they only had 1 and the other one was broken. Would not recommend for elderly.
