We have a number of prime beach area properties to choose from, 14 West North and South, Sunset Cove, the Retreat, or Balboa located near the Wedge. Your home away from home as you experience the Laguna Beach lifestyle. Our North building features rooms with contemporary design and convenient in-suite kitchenettes. The South Building offers a traditional hotel atmosphere influenced by modern Spanish design. Whether you prefer modern aesthetics or a traditional Spanish-influenced design, our property provides accommodations for each traveler all within close walking distance to downtown, the beach and nearby shops.

If you smoke, fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

Cancellation policy and procedures

Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.

Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.

For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund.

To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.

The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

Example request.

"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.

Thanks."

We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.

No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed.
