Executive Townhome in Quiet Neighborhood! This three level, spacious townhome in North Ames is the perfect place to wind down after a busy day. Our home is completely redecorated with brand new furnishings and appliances- everything you need when you're away from home! We offer garage parking as well as space off the street for extra friends on game day! We are within walking distance to coffee/ grocery store and a short drive to great restaurants! Close to public transit, ISU and other venues. Long-term tenants welcome.

Excellent Weekend Getaway

We were in town enjoying the ISU football game for the weekend. The property was very comfortable, clean, friendly and well represented by the description. I wish we could have been around more to enjoy the beautiful living space offered by this property. Hosts were most accommodating with snacks, water in the fridge and clear instructions on the counter of anything we needed! Highly recommend this property.

We love the quiet of this neighborhood! It's the perfect place to relax or take a stroll to the nearby park. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby- we think it's the perfect place to stay! Our home is out of the way, but close enough to be convenient to local events!
