This exclusive hilltop location offers views of the L.A. skyline and Hollywood, just minutes from everything L.A. has to offer. The rustic but groomed outdoor patio has plenty of space and a gas barbecue for entertaining but also has a desert serenity perfect for sunbathing.

The space
This property is secluded, creating a private hideaway. Its a spacious 2200 sq feet house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It has a high-quality entertainment system with Bluetooth-enabled sound-bars and Smart TVs. The dining room and cozy indoor fireplace in the living room makes entertaining a breeze. The indoor-outdoor flow of the home to the front, side, and back patios and backyard makes it a perfect getaway for any family vacation. There is parking for 2 vehicles behind a tall, automated security gate. The gate and driveway are shared with the guesthouse in the back of the property. This home is walking distance to the Hollywood/Western Metro station and bus stops, Thai Town, and a three-minute walk to the Griffith Park entrance with fabulous hikes and a nearby coffee shop.

The master bedroom has both an en suite bathroom and an expansive balcony with gorgeous views, and a smart TV, making it the ideal sanctuary for any getaway. The bedroom also features a beautiful view of the Los Feliz Hills and Villas with glimpses of the Los Angeles skyline.
Other things to note
This home offers privacy and peace of mind. The house is armed with a security system, in addition to the automated security gate that guards the driveway. Although Western Ave. is a busy city street, the property is surrounded by tall trees and the house has thick walls courtesy of its 1923 construction. All bedrooms in the main house have blackout curtains and Roman shades. LA County recycling program in place.
