Our condo is just 2 blocks to the beach and a block to the fishing pier on bayside. Our condo is located on the 2nd floor. Clean and cute

Except the parking that stresses out my husband, the condo was very clean, nicely decorated, the owner sent us water and snacks which was a first for us and a very nice touch. Clean bedding and towels, toiletries. I would highly recommend.

July 4th Vacation

My family and I went down the weekend before the 4th of July so the area was very busy. This unit is street parking. The 1st day was difficult to find parking but we had arrived late in the evening. We found better parking the next morning and just kept our vehicle parked. This unit is 1 block from the bay and 2 blocks from the beach in the other direction. It is within walking distance of the boardwalk and beach. The property manager was very helpful and was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this unit. It is very family friendly and the neighbors are very pleasant.
