SAFETY HAZARDS

The rug in the living room is a safety hazard. One of our family members fell forward onto his knees coming into the L.R. from the deck because the rug slipped. Anybody sitting on the sofa was endangered trying to stand up because the rug was slippery. We rolled it up and put it away to prevent the four people over 75 from falling. We all read the informative packet of procedures but none of us realized we had to use the fob in the elevator. And during our stay we helped three other parties who were as ignorant as us! Both showers were filthy, and dangerous because the floors were slippery and there was not a no-skid mat provided. But let me finish by saying the two decks are spectacular, the location divine, and the beds were comfortable.
