Brand New 1 BR 2 Bath gated townhome on 7-acre waterfront complex located oceanside in Marathon, Florida. Enjoy the elevated oceanside heated pool, fish off the dock, rent a kayak to explore paradise, hang out at the Tiki, or just relax at the club house. The spacious queen master bedroom also has a sofa/sleeper and smart TV. The downstairs living area has a sofa, smart TV and kitchen. Has ocean/pool views from both levels and both balconies. Sorry no pets or dockage are allowed.

Quiet and Relaxed

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The condos are in “like new” condition. The community is very quiet and felt very safe. The pool was convenient and uncrowded. It’s a very good location since it’s right in the middle of the keys. The check-in was not as good. The host failed to send info on where the key box is located - it’s not obvious. It would also be helpful to know the unit owner leaves their car and boat in the parking area. We were confused if we were at the right unit with no visible lockbox. Our call to the host was not answered when we called for help. Fortunately the man in the office was able to help even though we believe he’s not the host. The condo is equipped really well with one exception. There is no closet or wardrobe for hanging clothes. There is a huge “faux dresser” in the bedroom. It would be nicer if this were a wardrobe or otherwise set up to allow us to hang our clothes. Overall it’s very nice and we would consider staying here again if returning to this area. Note - It would have been nice had the property manager checked in with us on our first day or any time during the stay given we were there from two weeks. We could have used a few extra rolls of TP for our long stay. Our sense is they haven’t been renting this unit very long so maybe they are on a learning curve.

Ocean Isles Fishing Resort

The unit is very clean and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook your meals. Great location and quiet neighbors for the most part. The checkin communication was terrible. We had to stay in a hotel the night we arrived because we didn’t have checkin details. So we paid twice for lodging on our first night. Trying to reach someone was impossible. Very bad way to begin our vacation.

Very Nice

Overall our stay was very nice! We had a little trouble finding our building when we first arrived however I received reasonable return message with additional information! We were able to reach the manager with timely responses and they were able to provide us with anything we needed during our stay! There were a few minor things that we thought would have been helpful during our stay including a small amount of laundry detergent and dish soap. Also may be a nice feature to provide some beach towels in addition to the bath towels that are provided. Overall we had a great time and the unit along with the community was everything we were looking for! We will definitely book again!
