As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the open-plan living space that offers plenty of room for your family or group of friends to relax and unwind. The comfortable living room features a plush sofa, accent chairs, and a 65 inch HD flat-screen TV perfect for enjoying your favorite movies or shows.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, with high-end appliances, including a gas stove, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee supplies included, so you can start your day off right with a delicious cup of coffee. The kitchen also has ample seating, you can enjoy your meals at the stylish dining table that seats four or at the counter which has four barstools.

The master bedroom is located downstairs and features a luxurious king-size bed, large flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and a large en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and double vanity.

Downstairs also has a guest bathroom with a tub and shower. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs, all featuring comfortable queen-size beds and closets. Upstairs there is also one large bathroom.

For your convenience, we have a washing machine and dryer available, so you can pack light and always have fresh clothes!

Our house is conveniently located close to downtown Modesto, where you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. We're also just a short drive away from local hospitals, including Doctors Medical Center, which is just a 3-minute drive away.
