PATIO : 52' x 11' of expansive patio space located off the dining room on the upper/main floor that captures the view in all its glory. A 15 foot round above ground pool thats built off the deck. 4 feet deep and fully fenced for a perfect plunge pool. Natural gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table, high top and sectional tops off the outdoor experience to perfection on those quiet relaxing evenings. A large dining table with 8 seats, 2 small kids tables for 2, 3 seats at the island and a high chair. On cool evenings, cuddle up in a blanket and enjoy the fire from the living room inside while sipping your favorite beverage or having dinner with that special someone, friends, or family.

The neighborhood of Glenmore is a great location only 7 minutes from Kelowna International Airport, 5 minutes to UBCO and 15minutes into the downtown Kelowna core. Orchards and fruit stands are 5 minutes away. Multiple Golf Courses and wineries are all within 15minutes. We are only a couple blocks away from the Kelowna Rail Trail for cycling. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby! We live in a family friendly neighborhood with a small park/walking trail at the end of our street.
The bus route is at the end of our street, or a $30 taxi ride into downtown. We don't have Uber but we do have Uride here. You can ride your bike on the rail trail into downtown in 30minutes.
*We ask guests to load dishwasher and turn it on, load towels into laundry machine and start it and please take out trash, recycling and bottles when you leave.

New city regulations prohibit owners to advertise more then 3 bedrooms and six guests regardless of the size of your home or number of bedrooms available.
