About this property

This Caribbean Beachfront Condo is an oversized corner unit with unbelievable views. It has been fully updated and remodeled. The condo is just a 4-minute walk to downtown Playa del Carmen with its many restaurants, bars and nightly entertainment. The ferry, also within walking distance, provides hourly excursions to the island of Cozumel. VRBO says we're 8 mn from the beach, WRONG. WE ARE RIGHT ON THE BEACH.

The complex pool, with a swim-up bar, is directly adjacent to the beach and the condo. A kiddie pool is perfect for those with small ones. A perfect setting to really enjoy the sea.
An on-site concierge service can help you with all of the excursions, tours, car rental, restaurant reservations and recommendations.

We have WIFI that is private and secure for our condo.

Directly across the street is little known Mayan ruin for you to explore.

Perfect!

Tom and Terry provided lots of information and great communication leading up to our stay. The condo is beautiful, well maintained, with spacious bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, and nice kitchen with everything you would need. The view is perfect as well. We stayed the last week of June. The pool was quiet while we were there, with people not really getting into it until around 10:00 am, and no one hanging out late at night. The beach does leave something to be desired, it is much more narrow than some of the pictures indicate (you would have to be sitting up against the wall to not be in the water/seaweed), but there is a wider beach right next to the property. The swim up bar provides some food and drinks until around 4 pm.

Family vacation

Just want to say this property is amazing. Beautiful views and the condo is very well kept up. The owners are very nice and help you in anyway possible with your trip and plans the two ladies at the front desk were awesome and helping us book any tours we needed and we were literally like three blocks from downtown. I will definitely book this again, whenever we go back, it is definitely a 10 out of 10

Paradise!!

We had a great time!! The condo was perfect. Clean, updated and right on the beach. It was a wonderful experience!! We are already planning another trip back.. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a great place to stay..

Lovely vacation rental

We all enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautiful and clean and the beds are super comfy. The pool and swim up bar with drinks and snacks were a big hit with our kiddos and parents. The location was perfect - with beach access and walkable restaurants, coffee, and bars. We had some confusion about who to message about needing more drinking water, but that was a minimal hiccup in an overall lovely vacation.

We've traveled all over the Caribbean, but when we arrived in Playa del Carmen, we knew this was it! We absolutely love everything about this area. There is so much to do and yet you can sit quietly by the beach and just soak up the beauty and sun. We hope you enjoy your stay. Tom and Terry

Why they chose this property

Unit 7101 is a corner unit that faces the NE. In the late afternoon, after you've had your fill of sun, you can sit on the balcony in the cool shade and enjoy the view while drinking your favorite cold beverage. Because it's on the corner, you can enjoy the beach from three sides of the condo. It just never gets old. We took a break from VRBO for awhile. We're back now and have many reviews on other sites.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy breakfast, lunch, and snacks at the condo, but we love to stroll into town in the evening for dinner. There is something for everyone less than 5 minutes away. Yet, the condo sits in the gated community of Playacar and is quiet, safe, and serene. Just perfect!
