This tri level house is within walking distance to downtown. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms house with a full enclosed backyard that has lots of space. This house is close to the Shoshoni River and running trails. A full kitchen with washer and dryer. Family friendly and newer construction home. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. This house is a tri level that does contains stairs.
This home includes the one car garage as well.

The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed with walk in closet. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a bunkbed set in one. Full on the bottom and twin on the top. The other has a twin bed. There is a full kitchen with dinning area to entertain.
• House rules are as follows:
• You must clean your dishes, otherwise, a $15 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
• Shoes are not allowed to be worn inside the home.
• You’re not allowed to smoke inside the home.
• No parties or events.
• Check-in is at 12 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
• If you throw a party, an extra cleaning fee charge of $50 will be added to your booking.
• Please no eating in bedrooms
• The guest access:
You will have access to the driveway, there is also extra parking on the street. You will be messaged a door code once you have booked.
