Great spacious place that is 1.5 blocks from a public beach entrance. In addition, there are a lot of great restaurants and bars within walking distance or riding a bike. Overall, a great little place down the street from the waterfront, where one can experience all that Jax beach has to offer!

Each unit has a small outdoor space with a partition wall for partial privacy, but the space is not fully enclosed and there is a common walkway behind the building that all units share.

The property is located 1.5 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.

Most people drive & use their own vehicles, but Lyft and Uber are for you to use.

Bike and scooter rentals are also available!
