Enter back into the present with high-end modern day furniture in the rest of the house. Hang out in the comfortable common areas and have dinner outside as the sun sets. Embrace the stars, peace and quiet of the neighborhood while soaking away your worries in the hot tub!
AMENITIES:
We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.

Retro Arcade/GARAGE:
The Retro Arcade is located in the garage. Includes, Pac-Man, Terminator, Galactica, Indoor Basketball, and Glow Air Hockey.

PARKING:
The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

THE DRIVE:
Super simple, flat, and safe road to get to the house!

INTERNET:
The house has reliable high-speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway! You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV

Living Room: Pull-out couch Double size bed

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with Cafe appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and COWBOY POOL
To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.

• We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.

• No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.

• Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.

• Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub

• Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.

Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub facilities.

SECURITY:
One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property.

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.

* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.
* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors.
