Hi there! I'm Elaine. I'm a wife, momma of 2 teen boys and one little girl, a general contractor & photographer. I'm a slow runner & love pets, coffee & travel. The most precious moments in my life are the ones I spent with my kids, husband, family and friends on trips. These moments are shared and laughed over for years and never stop bringing me joy and as I've lost some of those people in my life I couldn't treasure those trips more. It's my incredible pleasure to have you as a guest in my home where you can create your own memories with your own loved ones because time is our most valuable asset and I want to do everything in my power to make sure you enjoy yours.

This property is a perfect balance of private spaces to big common areas. When wanting to spend time with family and friends you have lot of areas to chose from. Most people's favorite spot it the poolside lanai as it's shaded and has lots of comfortable seating but if the weather is less than perfect you can always gather in the spacious living room, kitchen, dining room and game room. If looking for some alone time there are 4 bedrooms to chose from. Even though there is so much to do at the house itself the location of the home is the real winner. You are only 5 mins from downtown Cape Coral shops, restaurants, farmer's market, mini golf, water park, nature trails & beaches. The airport is a quick 20 min drive and the world famous Ft. Myers beach is making a comeback from Hurricane Ian and only a 25 min drive. I've taken my own three kids, husband, & parents here for vacation and we could have easily never left the house the pool alone giving us days of fun but ice cream outings and wild dolphin sightings are just a couple of memories made within a 1.5 walk of the property. This MN girl couldn't love and appreciate this home more and I have put a lot of time and care into this property to have all our guests love it as much as I do.

Entire house has durable tile floors for easy cleanup. Location is FANTASTIC!
