Urban townhouse

Two friends and I chose this for January Market. We each enjoyed the privacy of our own bedroom and bathroom. Geographically, it was perfect, for our stay. It was within 5 miles of every activity. Having a garage to park in was a huge plus. It feels homey and comfortable. There is a bedroom/bath combo on each of three floors. The person staying on #3 better be in good shape! I have discussed a few suggested improvements with the manager, that I feel could make this 5 star location. He was very available to us, and eager to please. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great place and owner

Six of us (3 couples) stayed here over New Year's weekend and we loved it. It was terrific that we each had our own bathroom on our own floor of the house. Everything is Lowest Greenville is a short walk away, so the house makes for a great home base. The owner Todd is awesome. My wife and I got dropped off on the wrong street by our Uber driver, and Todd was nice enough to drive over to the place to make sure we were able access it normally.

Relaxing for a family week

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean and well equipped. The property manager was very attentive especially when the oven was not working. He got someone over immediately to repair it so that we could be able to cook our Christmas dinner would definitely stay here.

Great location, dates property

The location of this property is fabulous. Walkable to many great hangouts. Great neighborhood. We stayed to support my daughter in the Dallas BMW marathon and were able to cheer her on at mile 8 and 21, walkable from this property. The property itself is nice but dated. The oven did not work and that was not communicated prior. We planned a family dinner one evening and had to compensate with the microwave once we figured out it did not work. Definitely not ideal.
