Hola to our stunning Tulum condo with private roof & pool, located just min from the city center and the beach. Enjoy great amenities, including an infinity pool and padel court, and beautiful wall art in common areas. Accessible by elevator, the studio is well-appointed and has free parking. Explore the area on foot or bike, and relax in complete privacy on your private roof with a pool. A big and complete gym is also available. Come stay with us and experience the best of city living in Tulum.

The studio is perfect for couples or solo travelers, has a nice balcony where you can enjoy a book or a coffee, full bathroom and a kitchen with essentials for cooking, the location is just next to Chedraui, the biggest and only supermarket in Tulum. The condo has a rooftop pool on the roof which you will be able to access, there are also some coffee shops on first floor and a full size gym which you can make use for a small fee.
