There are 3 separate units with private entrances; the main house, pool house, and tree house. The main house has a fully equipped kitchen while the 2 studio apartments have kitchenettes. The main house has 2 full baths and the studios each have one full bath. There is a swimming pool with water fall feature and both may be heated upon request*. Spacious landscaped grounds with ample parking. 2 blocks from the beach. Take your golf cart (rental available) to Old Town and The Depot District for dining, shopping, and local events. There is a kids loft with 3 twin beds in the main house and it is only accessible up a steel ladder, there are no stairs, kids love it! We provide sleeping bags so the grown ups don't need to worry about a thing. See pics. The tree house has its own private deck over-looking pool. The main house has a comfortable king bed and the 2nd bedroom is a full-size murphy bed in a room with beautiful oak pocket doors that may be closed for total privacy during your stay and accessed through the guest bath that connects to the hall. Truly unique property so check the pics and contact me with any questions! I particularly enjoy the gas log fireplace in the main house on chilly mornings along with the 85" Sony TV. It's very quiet in the evenings even though the downtown clubs are less than a mile away. The courtyard is well-lit for spending the evening outdoors and with the wood-burning fireplace it's welcoming any time of year. The pool is in a shady, private spot so the water is cool and refreshing all summer long. The pavilion (aka the back porch) has an outdoor TV, ceiling fans, and comfortable seating areas and also doubles as RV parking with 30 amp hookups for those bringing an RV but you'll need to slide the patio furniture out of the way to use as an RV port. Please note: there are outdoor cameras covering some of the entrances to the property. These are designed for security purposes, not to spy on our friends and trusted guests. Also, there are several locked owners cabinets and storage spaces that guests won't have access to, mainly because they are messy and have nothing of value to traveling guests. Note about pool and water feature...they can be heated for an additional fee. It’s a new feature and prices are not available at the time of writing this so please inquire for more information. It’s less than I expected !
