1940's Beachside Raised Bungalow

Welcome to beach living! This is a true 1940's Bungalow with lots of comfort and character reflected in every detail. Enjoy a 2 block walk to the beach, or a BBQ and beverage on your wrap around deck. You are only 7 blocks from the main strip of Jax Beach Bars and Restaurants and within a couple blocks of local coffee, brunch and lunch spots.
Our goal is for you to enjoy beach life in a comfortable and clean space.

This home features two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed. There is a super large and comfy Restoration Hardware couch in the living room, full dining room table with seating for 4 and a couple barstools on the island. Outside you will fine a BBQ grill, a couple Adirondack chars and a nice table with seating for 6!
In addition to a large deck space, there is a fenced in backyard for your doggies. We allow any size dogs, and up to two of them. The first is going to be a $75 pet fee, and the second will be an additional $25.
I provide HULU live for the Bungalow. And there is a TV located in the main living area, as well as the master bedroom.

This home is raised meaning there are stairs going up to it. There is a second home located in the back called 'Beachside Bungalow', those guests will park under this home. There is plenty of parking for two large SUVs or Trucks, and if you are traveling with a boat or trailer that should fit no problem as well since the driveways are long.
And just to confirm this is a single family dwelling, you will not be sharing walls or a yard with the other home!

Keypad entry is provided, so you can checkin as late as needed!

I lived in Jacksonville Beach for over 8 years so I am an expert at recommending local restaurant and bars for you. Ask away!

Propane Disclaimer ** there is a tank connected to the grill already, if you are using the grill and it goes out please let me know, I am happy to pay to have it refilled. There is a Home Depot a couple miles down the road that has an automatic machine that you can replace the empty tank for the new tank - you just need the empty tank and the purchase code that I can provide for you. With that being said, please be mindful of closing the valve all the way!

My cleaning team is AMAZING, and their card is right on the table of the bungalow if you have any issues with the home when you arrive. They offer a mid stay clean (at your expense) if you are staying for an extended period of time and wish to have it tidied up! We also have a handyman on call if there is a one-off repair needed.
