Why they chose this property
Our family has lived in Valle de Guadalupe since the 1950s, my grandparents were pioneers in our town. When the great flood of 1980 wiped out our family homes in what is now the riverbed, our current house and my grandparents house next door were built. We’ve lived in and loved our neighborhood and pueblo for decades and hope you enjoy it as well!
What makes this property unique
Our home is one of the few two story houses with a balcony and an incredible view. In addition, we have a spacious patio and backyard made for entertaining. There are string lights throughout the back allowing you to wander around day or night. You’re more than welcome to enjoy any of the fruit-bearing trees we have and also feel free to take in the view of El Valle once you reach the far end of the property once you’ve made it through the trees.
