Terrible Communication

Tried to change dates 2 months before stay. Didn’t hear back until 2 weeks before my stay and never got an actual confirmation. Ended up booking a hotel and waiting on a refund now.

Nice remodel apartment

There were no check in instructions provided. Listed as a 2 bed 2 bath only 1 bath. We had 5 adults, we would have selected something else if it listed 1 bath. Clean and nice. Central location. Staff was accomidating to provide extra towel and linen after 10pm. Comfortable and worth the money.
