Comfortable, and Luxurious!
We spent our Christmas holidays at Kevin's place for a quiet family vacation. This place was absolutely perfect! The layout is incredible and open, tons of comfortable seating, Sparkling clean and every kitchen utensil you could imagine. The decor is absolutely gorgeous and everything is so well thought out. I've never slept so well on a vacation, the beds are so COMFORTABLE!
We had the absolute best time and felt right at home. Extra bonus is the outdoor living area with the heated pool, and incredible outdoor kitchen. We spent a lot of time back there in our tropical oasis Nice quiet area with lots of stuff to do near by. Kevin was also super easy to reach with any questions we had. We hope to det back soon, thanks

Nice quiet area with lots of stuff to do near by.
Comfortable, and Luxurious Roman tub and two person walk-in shower with two adiustable shower heads.
Three spacious bedrooms with king-queen beds with deluxe comfort toppers.
Guest bedrooms next to private bathroom, walk-in shower and direct pool access.
Open contemporary modern house. Clean bright comfortable home that is a great for entertaining or relaxing. to entire house.

No additional fees for water will be added to this rate unless the monthly utilities bill during the stay appears excessive due to misuse or abuse, the renter will be responsible for that portion of the increase.
The pool faces east and gets sun in the morning and afternoon. The house starts blocking the sun to the pool around 3 pm daily. The sun sets on the front of the house. We are the owners and property manager

The perfect house

Perfection! Super, Super hosts!

The house was immaculate. Everything we possibly could need and more was available. It was an impromptu trip and every time I thought of something I may need or forgot back home, the host had it available at the house. The beds were extremely comfortable. We have family in Cape Coral and if we ever come again, we don’t want to stay any where else. We will come back again! I could not be more grateful for such a wonderful, worry free stay!
