This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home is perfect for solo travelers, couples, friends, and even business professionals. This home is nearly 5 mins to Tarzana Square Shopping Center, 7 mins to Sepulveda Basin Recreation Area as well as Ventura Blvd, 21 mins from the Universal Studio Tours, and half an hour from LAX. Eat and shop at Westfield Topanga and The Commons at Calabasas. Enjoy nearby coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, groceries, & other public conveniences!

This home has a welcoming living area where you can relax and watch TV on the 55" Samsung Smart TV with streaming options provided. We have open-concept kitchen that is well-equipped with stainless appliances, perfect for preparing or cooking basic meals.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed. There is a sofa bed in the living area that can be converted into a queen-sized bed for extra sleeping space. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a combination of shower and tub.

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1 Gbps, and ample street parking are all provided during your stay!
