Beautiful 4BR, 3.5 BA1 acre estate with sit down Mountain and Ocean Views. Ranch house with lower level. 3 BR and 2.5 BA on main level. Another bedroom and full bath and large family room with 55" flat screen are on lower walk out level. View deck off main street level. Mountain and ocean view deck with patio table with 8 chairs. On a clear day you can see all the way to Mexico, the Coronado Islands, San Diego Bay and downtown. At night you can see the lights on the Coronado bridge and the downtown skyline. On the entry level : • A large corner master bedroom with a king bed, mountain view and private deck access (with two teak chairs and end table to enjoy your morning coffee in the shade) with attached new master bath with spacious shower, soaking tub, 2 sinks set in a beautiful granite counter and separate lav. – all at one end of the house away from the upstairs family room, kitchen and other bedrooms. • A corner mountain view bedroom with a queen bed. • A corner garden view bedroom with a two twin beds. • upgraded bathroom with beautiful granite counter situated between the two bedrooms. • large corner living room with beautiful mountain views and huge windows allowing daylight to flood the room. • large dining area with a table that seats 8 also with incredible views and situated adjacent to the deck door. • A highly upgraded kitchen - a cozy main floor family room with decorative fireplace and flat screen TV. Lower level: A huge second family room with sofa, 55' flat screen and game table and a sliding door that leads to the lower level patio. Also on the lower level is a 4th and bedroom and upgraded bath. Amenities: All linens, dishes, flatware and cooking items are supplied. The home is also equipped with satellite TV and high speed internet. With the deck doors open, the mountain breezes and chirping birds are so soothing. A very peaceful setting. Please note that the upper (street) level with master bedroom , kitchen, dining/living room, TV room and two guest bedrooms has central AC. All bedrooms and living room also have ceiling fans. The lower level with one bedroom and family room (both with ceiling fans) does not have central AC, but it is cooler than the upper level and would rarely need AC. There is a portable AC if needed. Evenings in San Diego are generally in the 60s. High end shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and movies are a short drive away. We are located about 10 miles due east of downtown and the airport. Driving times from important destinations are approximately as follows: San Diego Zoo - about 20 minutes, * Downtown San Diego, about 20 minutes, * Sea World - about 25 minutes, * The beach at the hotel Coronado, one of the best in San Diego - about 25 minutes, * San Diego International Airport - about 20 minutes, Final note. We store our cars in the garage. When we stay there, we generally do not park in the garage as the driveway is very large and convenient to house entry. If, for some reason, you require garage parking, please let us know and we will try to free up some space.

Please note that we have several exterior security cameras. The house is on an acre with neighboring houses also on large parcels. Although we have had no incidents, we believe that having these cameras gives everyone greater security. Those cameras must stay active.
