Newly renovated unit in an upscale area on the edge of EMU campus! All new furnishings and paint make this apartment beautifully bright and clean! It's a straight shot commute up Washtenaw to the U of Michigan Hospital. Coin operated laundry in common space. Utilities, wifi, snow removal included. Pet friendly. There is some street noise, so a white noise machine is provided. Blackout curtains for night workers! No parking hassles as this 4 unit apartment complex has its own free parking lot.

This is one unit in a well maintained 4-apartment house. Pleasant and safe location steps from the EMU campus. Straight shot commute up Washtenaw to University of Michigan Hospital. Large parking lot for tenants only.

Note: A basic supply of linen is provided in each property. Bed linen and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The start-up set of bath soap, toilet tissue and trash bags are not replenished.
