Located at the top of the cove and near the Bear Creek Trail. Completely custom built.. Cherry cabinetry with rollout shelves in the gourmet kitchen. Granite counter tops, Natural wood blinds throughout, custom Stamped-Stone Look Patios, decks, walks and driveway. Hot water circulating system and new water heater. New AC system. New pool equipment including variable Speed Pump. Laminate tile flooring throughout.

La Quinta Cove is near Old Town La Quinta with lots of restaurants, shops, salons, The La Quinta Resort and Spa, Golf Courses.

Owner will cover $250 of each electric bill. Any additional overages will come out of the Damage Deposit.
