Welcome to Life at the Lodge. Situated in a great location within Black Butte Ranch, you are close to everything the Ranch has to offer. This home is the closest you can stay to the Lodge at Black Butte Ranch. You will also be within walking distance of the Lakeside Activity Center featuring a seasonal outdoor pool with incredible views, kids' activities, and more. Explore the rest of the property and find two championship golf courses, a mini golf course, and two sports centers featuring indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The resort also offers winter gear rentals, including snowshoes and skis for all your skiing adventures. For those that want to explore outside the resort, you are only nine miles from the Old West-style town of Sisters.

Whatever adventures your day brings, you'll be able to comfortably unwind at home. The home is conveniently located on the main floor and also offers a bathroom with grab bars for safety. Each bedroom is comfortable with quality linens, ample light, and its own TV for added convenience. Absolutely beautiful place but ……

Needs a new property manager

I didn’t realize a mini fridge could be so mini. Since there is no kitchen, the under cabinet space for a mini fridge is half utilized. It will fit a left over quesadilla and a 6 pack of something. We were there for 4 days and were given 4 towels. With the pool and showering on a daily basis, we asked for clean towels. We were told to go to the laundry mat 10 miles away as they do not provide more or clean towels. If you were hoping to wind down and watch tv at night… good luck. The antenna gets 4 OPB channels. So we went to bi mart and bought 2 Rokus for the tvs so we could watch something. Something an experienced property manager would foresee and take care of given it it’s a $30 expense per tv. It could be a good place to stay. The location is great. Being told to use the laundry mat when they could just have stocked more towels in the closet is almost insulting. And the lack of care to make sure your guests are taken care of was also disrespectful. We have a second home on the coast. We definitely won’t be using that property management company if ours ever goes out of business for whatever reason.

disapointing

The unit was tired, dated and noisy. The patios were filthy with dust and pine needles. The large garbage bins for the whole Lodge are outside the bedroom window and there is construction in the area between garbage cans and unit. The wifi never worked, the tv's are from the 1970's - NOT SMART AND NO CABLE. there was a coffee and tea maker but nothing to make a tea or coffee. Little things like no Kleenex, just an empty box, no blow dryer, slippery bath tub with no mat for safety, The Vacasa management company did nothing when informed.
