Launch your kayak from the private dock onto the canal that leads to the bay, where you can go fishing, crabbing, and enjoy the wildlife of the Delmarva Peninsula. Crabbing and fishing may also be enjoyed on private dock in the back of the house. Golfing, shopping, exercise gym and restaurants are within walking distance.

The community pool is within walking distance of house. The community center, where the pool is located, has a shuffle board and bocce ball courts.

The property is just minutes from the Fenwick Boardwalk which includes miniature golf, a water park, go cart track and concession stands. Also, there are many great restaurants and shops to enjoy in the town of Fenwick.

First floor master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, a sitting room, and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen. The second has a double and bunk bed with a double bed on bottom and twin on top. The third has two double beds and the fourth has a daybed. There is a sofa in the sitting room. On the first floor, there is a spacious kitchen with eating island and breakfast bar, a living room area with fireplace, and a separate dining room that seats 8-10 people. In addition, this floor, has a spacious furnished sun room with a lovely view of the canal and seating for 8 people. Off the kitchen is a furnished deck. Home includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas grill, outdoor shower, and shed that includes crab nets and cages.

Absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed inside house or on premises!

Saturday-Saturday weekly rental preferred during summer months (June- September).

3 day minimum stay during the off-season.
