The rooms are very generous in size will make the perfect base for your Dubai stay. The kitchen makes cooking a breeze, fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a feast after you day of adventures. Once you have prepared your home cooked meal you can enjoy it on your formal dining table that comfortably seats six. The open plan living space is very airy and bright and is the perfect place to relax, or if you prefer sit on your balcony and admire the view. In the bedrooms you will find two extremely comfortable beds both fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft it will make getting up in the morning a struggle. In the bathrooms you will also find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities, the perfect way to unwind after a busy day.

The property also features a swimming pool, gymnasium and private on site parking.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
