Extended family

Three generations of my family enjoyed the accomodations when we were in town for a wedding. Plenty of room to spread out and safe places for toddlers to play. Close to all the activities we had in town. Well stocked kitchen.

Wonderful spot on Eden Park!

Nothing but good things to say about this historic, yet newly updated, home just on the edge of Eden Park. The house is very tastefully decorated and seems very new inside. The beds and other furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked and has new appliances. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to the various levels, in case you have little ones or elderly folks in your group. The listing mentioned street parking can sometimes be hard to find close by, but we had no issues parking right by the house our entire stay. There are some minor quirks with what appears to be a recent rehab, such as a few light switches that are in odd places, and one of the two microwaves has the door opening the wrong direction so it's hard to load. And a suggestion that they should provide some placemats for the beautiful dining room table before somebody harms the finish (we luckily had brought our own). But these are really minor nits -- which are more than made up for lovely decor, plenty of gathering space and the fact that the place was really spotlessly clean. I'd love to rent again in warmer weather to take advantage of the outdoor deck space, but we did enjoy a walk into the park which is really beautiful. You're also not far from many of the attractions of downtown Cincinnati or northern KY. Finally, communication with the property manager/owner was trouble-free. Not the least expensive VRBO in the area, but you get what you pay for here -- great spot!

The Mansion in Eden Park

We had a lovely stay. The amenities provided were lavish. Our host was helpful when I had trouble with the locks (my error, not theirs). We choose to live in the middle of nowhere, so a city scene was an interesting change. Eden Park is as beautiful as ever. More deer across the street than on our acreage. Despite all the BNBs and hotels where we've stayed, I don't remember a chandelier in the bathroom! I would definitely & most highly highly recommend.
