Sedgefield Views Holiday House is a spacious and charming Self-Catering Holiday Lodge perfectly positioned on a hilltop with unsurpassed views over Sedgefield.

Sedgefield, also known as ‘Africa’s First Slow Town’ is home to various outdoor activities including fishing, paragliding and beach swimming. There are a variety of restaurants, shops and of course the famous Wild Oats farmer’s market & Scarab Village which takes place every Saturday, a short drive from this property.

Sedgefield Views Holiday Lodge is a double-storey Garden Route Family Holiday Home which offers four bedrooms accommodating up to 6 adults, 2 children under 12 years old and a baby very comfortably.

The master bedroom occupies the upper level with a romantic four-poster bed and private balcony with uninterrupted mountain, lagoon and village views. Enjoy sea views from the full en-suite bathroom.

Downstairs are three additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet as well as the kitchen, living area with indoor wood-burning fireplace plus separate dining room with an additional indoor gas-burning fireplace. Most of these spaces and bedrooms open onto the wrap-around deck with sunloungers and gas BBQ/Braai, boasting the same mountain and lagoon views, with Sedgefield village below.

Additional house features include a smart flatscreen TV in the lounge with full package DStv, uncapped wifi, a gas stove top as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and alarm system. A baby cot can be set up at no additional charge.

There is ample off-street parking as well as an automated double garage.

Ideal for a family or group of friends travelling together, also golfers due to the central location.

No pets are allowed on the property.

Do take care of small children at the house due, the garden is not fenced in the front although the deck below does have gates which can enclose it (not locked).
