***UPDATES - January 2024 - ***This building in undergoing an extensive concrete restoration project. The north end of the building has been under construction since August 2022 and is scheduled to be completed by mid 2024. Until the north end work is complete, we ask guests not to use the balconies.*** POOL IS OPEN and steps down to the beach have been completed.

This 3-bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo is calling. Recently updated bathrooms with walk-in showers, the kitchen features stainless appliances, and there is a full-size washer and dryer.in the unit! Pack your bags and come enjoy all that Daytona has to offer.

Located 2 miles north of Main Street and the Ocean Center, 7 miles from the Speedway and Airport, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and family tourist attractions are all close by.

The wrap around balcony extends from the living area to the master bedroom, which has another balcony on the west side overlooking the Intercoastal. Weather permitting and minus the crowds, catch a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center from the comforts of "home".

Daytona Beach Condo

The condo was huge, clean, and lovely. We all slept very comfortably and had an amazing wrap around porch facing the ocean to wake up to. Overall, a wonderful experience!
