2) Our unit is a two bedroom Deluxe (also called Diamond). That means the master bedroom is on the ocean and our balcony is twice as long as a Standard two bedroom, plus the condo itself is slightly larger. Many people who seek quotes on a number of different two bedroom don't understand the difference between Standard and Deluxe and end up disappointed.
3) Our unit is well stocked. We travel often ourselves and understand how helpful it is when everything we need to cook a meal is there, along with extra items stocked that many units don't have like an iron, a cooler, comfortable beach chairs and an umbrella, a big container of beach toys, and much more.
4) Our unit feels comfortable. As many of our reviews attest, it is well appointed and decorated with a fun, beachy look without going overboard. It's not fussy or tacky. You and your family/friends will feel right at home which is exactly what we want. Our balcony furniture is Amish built and bar height so you get a great view over (not through) the railing. Our renovated kitchen has with custom cabinets, granite and a backsplash to match the colors of the beach and ocean. Both bathrooms have been renovated as well and have tasteful beach touches.
5) Most important - we are OWNER MANAGED. Our fees are only pass-through costs for cleaning and parking, and are a fraction of the fees charged by management companies. When you are choosing between units be sure to compare the bottom line, as their fees significantly inflate their total price. Also, as an OWNER MANAGED unit we have higher standards for cleanliness and responsiveness which are clearly reflected in our reviews.
