This house did the job, but wouldn't stay again...
We had two families staying in this home for a family trip (2 adults, 2 kids each). This house worked for our needs, but I would not stay there again.
Pros:
- well priced; budget friendly
- owner/manager communication was good
- centrally located in Largo, could easily get to Clearwater/St Pete in 15ish minutes.
- Kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated
- Enough bedrooms for two couples and children
- Fairly well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms; plenty of cookware, dishes, a few pantry staples, towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc.
- they did provide a pack n play which I thought was a nice addition for families with babies like us
Cons
- The rest of the house needs updating - specifically the bedroom carpets and living room rug. They were so disgusting I hardly wanted to put my feet on them. They felt dirty, old and matted down. The furnishings are just okay. Two of the bedrooms had no storage furniture to even put a suitcase on. One of the bedrooms didn't even have a lamp.
- It's pretty small. If you're looking for a place to "gather" this isn't it. Luckily we had other family in town so we just needed a place to sleep.
- The driveway/front yard are so overgrown with plants that we kept tracking in leaves and all sorts of lawn debris through the front door. A lawn crew did show up one of the mornings and blew off the front porch which helped, but it was pretty rough.
- the neighborhood isn't the best... pretty rundown/seedy
Overall, not terrible but wouldn't stay again
