The House is situated in between Santa Rosa Island Beach & Walmart shopping Center little over 3 miles each way, 3.6 miles to Gulfarium Marine Adventure and Beach on Santa Rosa Blvd, 2.2 Miles to Walmart Supercenter & FWB Landing Park. Only 6 minutes to white sand beaches, fishing piers, and popular attractions. This house is ideal for single/solo, couples or family seeking a relaxing stay in the Sunshine State!

THE PROPERTY
Master Bedroom: King Bed, second bedroom Queen Bed & Livingroom can have a Single Sleep roll up bed.

A comfortable living room affords plenty of space to sit back and relax, a small desk for computer use of unfinished business, 3 TVs Livingroom 55” TV with ROKU, Master bedroom 42” TV & DVD Combo/with ROKU, and in 2nd bedroom 42” TV with ROKU. Where you can connect to the free WiFi anyway in the house and stream your favorite movie on the 49-inch flat-screen Smart TV with ROKU.

Test your skills in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring all the necessary appliances to whip up a seaside feast! Enjoy your culinary creation at the adjacent dining room table or take your dinner outside to the patio where you can use the charcoal grill and set on the picnic table for fresh air.
We also provided Wash and Dryer, Iron and Ironing board for your use, along with some Beach items: provided are Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Cooler, Lawn games.

After days spent Gulfing, Beaching, bar hoping, fishing on the nearby pier and swimming at the emerald Cost Sea, retreat to the comfortable bedroom and fall asleep in the plush King-sized bed, or Queen-sized bed. In the morning enjoy coffee or tea provided for your enjoyments, refresh in the pristine full bathroom before heading out to discover everything that Fort Walton Beach has to offer!
Guest access
All front parts of the house, and BBQ area by the car port, except the lock closet spaces in the house.

Another thing to note: You are renting the entire front house, there is no access to the backyard or the backroom. This area is separate and private, which is not accessible during your stay. The back room may occasionally occupied. But they will not be sharing anything in the house or communicate with Airbnb guest. The cleaning team maybe periodically access the backyard by way through the side of the lock fence.

Once a month there may be a yard maintenance who will come and cut the grass around the yard outside the house only, he will not be contacting Airbnb guests in anyway.

A car maybe park on the next "far left" on the other driveway space apart from the house for services and Maintenance parking.
